I purchased the Nyx Face Glue makeup setting spray on July 27 through Trendyol, and on my very first use, the product clumped up and failed to set my makeup. I only used it once, and it absolutely did not perform as expected. I did not experience any skin reaction or other negative effects—the problem is solely that the product clumps and does not function as a setting spray.
My order number is 10383137113. I still have the product in its original packaging along with the invoice. I previously submitted a complaint through Trendyol, but I did not receive any response. I now want to send this complaint directly to Nyx.
I am requesting a replacement for the product and kindly ask that my issue be resolved.
