I recently purchased a NYX Professional Makeup foundation, and the moment I opened it for the first time, I noticed something was wrong. Even from the outer packaging, it was clear that the product had changed color—a major red flag. Upon dispensing it, the texture was completely off: the foundation was clumpy, grainy, and uneven, clearly spoiled or expired.
It is absolutely impossible to apply this to the face—the consistency is not just unpleasant, it’s unusable. I reached out to NYX to raise this issue, but I received no response at all. It’s unacceptable for a brand of this size to ignore customer concerns, especially regarding product safety and quality.
If I don’t hear back promptly, I will be filing a formal complaint with Consumer Protection authorities. I demand a full refund or replacement, and I expect NYX to take accountability and improve its customer service.
