First Time Using Estée Lauder Eye Cream and Got a Painful Reaction

On July 18, I purchased the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Gel-Crème from Trendyol, with Estée Lauder as the official seller (Order No: #10362130803). After using the product for three to four days, I started experiencing redness and sensitivity around my eyes. At first, I didn’t pay much attention, but the irritation gradually worsened. When I stopped using the cream, the irritation subsided slightly; however, after applying it again, I developed eczema around several areas of my eyes, and the condition became even more severe.

I have never experienced any reaction like this before with any cosmetic product — this was actually the first eye cream I’ve ever used. I did not use any other cosmetic or medication during this period. So far, I have not contacted customer service directly, but I have sent a message today through the “Ask a Question” section on Trendyol.

I request that the product be collected from me and that the full purchase amount be refunded. I also expect an explanation and investigation into why a high-end product caused such a severe allergic and dermatological reaction.
