On August 25, I purchased a Nyx makeup primer and setting spray from the Watsons online app. When the products were delivered, the box was mostly torn, although it had not been opened.
I have photos showing that the package was shipped in this condition. The products were not wrapped in any protective packaging, and there was no safety seal on either item. Both products were clumpy and had a foul smell, and the setting spray arrived spilled. I’ve purchased the same items before from Nyx’s official website and never encountered a smell like this, so I believe these products are spoiled.
Since August 25, I have been trying to reach Watsons through both the online app and WhatsApp, but I have not been able to get a response. On WhatsApp, I repeatedly receive a message saying, “Our representative is assisting other customers,” and the conversation ends automatically. I also couldn’t get help through the online app. When I called, they only gave me an email address, and although I sent three emails, I still received no reply. I have no other channel to report my issue, and my frustration is increasing every day.
My order number is 0283625658. I have photos showing that the products are spoiled and unusable. I am requesting both a full refund and replacement products to be sent to me. Additionally, I want my grievance addressed, as not receiving any response for such a long time has been extremely frustrating.
