I purchased the Neutrogena Intensive Moisturizing Care Cream from Trendyol in June, but since I already had another cream in use, I didn’t start using this one until August. I applied it about five or six times, and each time, my skin began to peel and flake after application. Because of this issue, I stopped using the product.
My order number is 10311579238. Even though I bought it from a verified and trusted seller, experiencing such a problem with an original Neutrogena product was really disappointing. So far, I haven’t contacted customer service — I only shared my experience in the product review section.
