I Used Nivea Mattifying Cream Once and Ended Up With a Painful Skin Reaction

I purchased Nivea’s Mattifying Day Cream through Trendyol (Order No: 10535227288) and used it for the first time recently. After applying the cream, I experienced extreme dryness, irritation, and severe itching on my face. The itching was so intense that it caused bleeding in some areas. These symptoms began on the day I used the product and have been persisting for two days.

The expiration date on the product reads 03/27, and there were no visible issues with the packaging. After this reaction, I went to the emergency room, but the soothing medication prescribed did not help. I also reached out to Nivea via Instagram, but have not received any response.

I am requesting a refund, replacement, or full explanation regarding this incident from both Nivea and Trendyol. My skin was severely affected, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and my complaint to be taken seriously.
