GeForce Now Stuck on “Connecting” Since Sept 3

Since September 3, 2025, I have been experiencing a serious issue with my Nvidia GeForce Now Performance package. Whenever I try to launch a game, it gets stuck on the “connecting” screen and never loads. Before September 3, I had no issues at all—the problem started suddenly and without any apparent cause.

I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the application, resetting my modem, changing DNS settings, and testing various other methods, but nothing has worked. I experience the same issue across all games. I live in Ankara and use Superonline as my internet provider.

My membership is active until September 13, and I have already paid for the subscription, yet I still cannot access any games.

Additionally, I submitted three support tickets through https://gameplus.com.tr/destek, but I have not received any response. I request an urgent review of my issue and a solution so that I can fully utilize my membership.
