On August 14, 2025, I purchased the Essence Brow Lifting Set from the Watsons store at Siirt Park Mall. I did not open the product after buying it and kept it stored safely. However, when I opened it today to use it for the first time, I was shocked to find that the product was completely watery in texture and spilled all over me. It also had a very unpleasant smell. As a result, both my hands and uniform were damaged.
Although I do not have the paper receipt, the purchase is clearly recorded in my Watsons account history and loyalty card. I strongly believe this issue is manufacturing-related, as the product was never opened or used before. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem with an Essence product.
I paid approximately 230 TL for this item, and I am now left with a defective, unusable product. I kindly request that the product be replaced with a new one and that this issue be addressed to prevent similar cases for other customers.
