IKEA Non-Stock Product Sales Issue Hello, On July 23rd, we set out to the Bayrampaşa IKEA store to buy a Wardrobe, a Working Desk, a Working Chair, a Slakt Bed, and Asvang Foam. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing stock issues at IKEA, we couldn't find more than half of the items we wanted to purchase in the store. The staff inside the store informed us that the items were available at the Ümraniye store. As a result, we wasted our Sunday by going to the Ümraniye store on the Anatolian side and purchasing the missing items. The items we bought from the Bayrampaşa store arrived complete on July 25th. The delivery from the Ümraniye store was scheduled for July 27th, and they confirmed this with a phone call yesterday, stating that the delivery would take place between 14:00 and 19:00. Accordingly, I took a day off from work and headed straight home. Just as I arrived home, the Ümraniye store called to inform me that the items I purchased were not in stock. Now, I have some questions: If the items were not in stock, why did you direct us to the Ümraniye store? Why did the Ümraniye store sell products that were not in stock? It is known that selling products without having them in stock is unacceptable. So, who did you sell my products to, or where are my products? Today, I used a day of my annual leave. How will you compensate me for my one-day annual leave? When I contacted customer service, why did you only suggest that I return the products as a solution? How do you expect me to accept the few pieces of products that are supposed to be delivered today, on July 27th? Where should I accommodate my guests who are coming to my home after the assembly scheduled for Monday? I kindly request you to deliver the purchased products in full during today's planned delivery. I do not accept that the items I bought were not in stock. Please answer my questions before sending any automated messages on this platform. Thank you.
