Knight Online Monster Stone Disconnection & Junior Map Bugs

I began playing Knight Online but quickly faced various troubles. After conducting some research, I discovered that many other people are also suffering. On different forums, it is evident that officials lack empathy and respond soullessly to concerns. Here are some of the issues: When we try to use a Monster Stone, the connection is cut off, wasting our time and stuff. Second, regardless of team balance, we cannot enter the junior map. Even with equal teams, the map rejects us, and when we report it, we are told it is our problem, which is absurd. Furthermore, there are cases where authorities should self-audit but do not. Just as we're ready to enter the junior map, the connection goes down. This continues happening. We hope Knight Online and Nttgame demonstrate empathy and support.
