I get kicked out of the game every 10-15 minutes, and it's been a frustrating experience. Despite the continuous problems, the game administrators have not provided any explanation. Is it fair to see the in-game Premium service rendered useless for three weeks without a word from the management? What gaming administration fails to communicate with players who purchase Premium services? While the forums and Discord channels promptly penalize rule-breakers, the in-game penalties for violators are delayed by 2-3 weeks.
