Hello, first of all, I hope you're doing well. I opened a Knight Online account a month ago. I used 5 cash out of 400 for trade, leaving me with 395 cash and 10 million in the bank. However, it seems like the account that belongs to me is no longer accessible. I'd like to show you through images and videos to explain the issue. I hope you can help me recover my account.
When I try to log in through the Knight Online website, I notice that instead of my account, another account is being accessed, which isn't mine. My original account had 395 cash, but now it shows a different user with no cash. I suspect my account has been deleted or replaced by another account.
I've documented this with screenshots and a video, which I can share to demonstrate the issue. I'm requesting urgent support to resolve this matter. The registered Gmail address for my account is g***********@gmail.com. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention.
