Konami Account Stolen After Unauthorized Trade, Need Help

I was approached by someone for an account trade, and trusting them, I agreed to exchange accounts. Unfortunately, they took my Konami account and then blocked me, leaving me unable to recover it. I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into this account, including in-game purchases and linked content, and I feel completely helpless now.

I’m providing screenshots as proof of ownership, including purchase history and game-linked details. Konami, I urgently need your assistance in retrieving my account. This situation has caused significant frustration and disappointment. Please review my case and help me recover what I’ve worked so hard for. I’d greatly appreciate a prompt response to resolve this issue.
