I Can’t Use My Cash Balance on Gate.io for Trading

I’m currently experiencing a serious issue on my Gate.io account. Although my cash balance appears correctly in the deposit section, I’m unable to use it for any buy or sell transactions. The funds are visible, but completely inaccessible for trading purposes.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem on the platform, and it’s preventing me from acting on important market opportunities. I’ve double-checked my wallet settings, available balances, and trading pairs, but nothing explains why my available cash is locked.
Gate.io, I’m asking for your immediate assistance. Please investigate this issue and restore access to my funds so I can resume trading. This needs to be resolved without delay, as it directly impacts my ability to manage my investments.
