Novakid Keeps Charging Me Monthly and Won’t Let Me Cancel My Membership


I have been continuing with a NovaKid membership for about a month after it automatically renewed following the trial period. When I try to cancel my membership and turn off automatic payments, the system shows that I cannot cancel for up to one year, and because of this, I am unable to complete the cancellation.
My account shows that my card will be charged tomorrow and that payments will continue to be taken on a monthly basis afterward, but I cannot disable automatic payments through the system. Since I have not received any response from live chat or customer service, I feel completely helpless in this process. I demand that my NovaKid membership and all related automatic payment authorizations be immediately and fully canceled, and that all future charges — including the one scheduled for tomorrow — be stopped.
