Nordwind Airlines Canceled My Flight and I Couldn't Get Any Support in English
Since Nordwind Airlines was my sole choice for travel, I bought tickets even though multiple reviews about regular cancellements surfaced. Sadly, as many others had found, my flight was called off. At Nordwind's desk at Istanbul Airport, the personnel was absolutely useless. They only told me to utilise the Telegram option on their website or pointed me to customer service. You are out of luck, though, if you do not speak Russian since English support is not present. I waited nearly twenty-four hours without reply after messaging on Telegram. To exacerbate the situation, even the email about ticket cancellation was written in Russia. Nobody at the airport possessed any authority or could converse in English or Turkish.
