Today, I was supposed to fly from Istanbul to Sochi on the 10:10 AM Azimuth Airlines flight, but the plane still hasn’t departed. We've been kept waiting without any real updates or explanations. When we tried calling the airline to get information, we were told “it’s not our problem”—a completely unacceptable and irresponsible response.
Because of this delay, I also missed my connecting flight from Sochi to Samara. This entire ordeal has cost me time, money, and ruined my travel plans. Despite all this, Azimuth Airlines refuses to issue a refund and basically told us to “deal with it ourselves.”
This level of customer service is shocking. I’ve never encountered an airline so unhelpful and dismissive toward its passengers.
Azimuth Airlines, I demand a full refund for both flights and an apology for the way this situation has been handled. You left passengers stranded with no accountability.
