On May 20, 2025, I paid $15 to purchase NordVPN, but I absolutely cannot log into either the website or the app. Despite my payment, access is completely blocked, and I’m unable to use the service I paid for. This is very frustrating and unfair. I demand a full refund of my payment and a quick resolution to this issue. NordVPN needs to address my complaint immediately and provide clear communication. I expect a prompt response and reimbursement so I’m not left out of pocket for a product I can’t use. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience.
