Noom Account Deletion Confirmation Received But Account Not Frozen

I asked to delete my Noom account through the Subscription Portal, and as expected, got a confirmation message right away yet later, the process has not gone as smoothly as planned, though. My account has not been frozen, even though I got the confirmation, can still log in and use Noom on all of my devices. No further communication or updates have been sent to me by Noom about the status of deleting my account either, this lack of consistency worries me because I need to be sure that my data will be deleted for good within the 30 days that were promised. Please take care of this problem right away and make sure that the process for deleting my account is done correctly. Thanks for paying attention to this.
