Getcontact Keeps Charging My Card Even After Account Deletion Request

On September 21, 2025, I purchased a Premium membership through the Getcontact app. Shortly afterward, I changed my phone number and wanted to close my old account. However, the app required me to wait 15 or 30 days to complete the account deletion. After waiting for that period, I logged out of the old account and registered again with my new number.

Despite this, my old account was never deleted, and charges continued to be withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank card (Old number ending in ...4686, new number ...3281).

I contacted the Getcontact support team on September 21, 2025, and they asked me to provide the phone number of the account to be deleted. I sent them the information, but since then, I haven’t received any further response, and my account remains active. My messages have gone unanswered as well.

I request that my old Getcontact account be permanently deleted, my subscription canceled, and that I stop being charged for a service I no longer use. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
