I Keep Receiving Emails After Closing My Etsy Account—I Want My Data Fully Deleted

Even though I believed I had successfully closed my Etsy account, I am still receiving emails and notifications from the platform. This is incredibly frustrating, as I expected my membership to be fully terminated and all communications to stop. I’ve taken the steps to end my account, so I don’t understand why Etsy continues to send messages to my inbox.
There has been no confirmation that my personal data or account information was deleted, and I’m left wondering whether my account is truly closed. I am requesting that my account be permanently deleted and that all of my personal information be removed from Etsy's systems.
Etsy, please stop sending me emails and finalize the closure of my account. This is a simple request and should have been resolved the first time. Respect your users' privacy and their decision to leave the platform.
