As stated in Noom's website: When you ask to delete the item through your Subscription Portal, you will get a confirmation letter right away in the portal. If you asked our Customer Experience Team to delete the request, you'll get a confirmation email to the address linked to your Noom account.
As soon as you get proof, your Noom account and all the data in it will start to be deleted.
Noom account will be frozen, and all of its users will be locked out of Noom. With this account, you can't use Noom anymore. You'll need to make a new account with a different email address if you want to keep using Noom.
This Noom account and all the information linked to it will be destroyed forever in 30 days. This can't go backwards. Once the 30-day time is over, you won't be able to use the email address linked to this Noom account to make a new one.
Feel welcome to share any further information or insights in the comments or submit your complaint.
