Nocturne Denied Shoes Return Request

I bought a pair of shoes from the Nocturne Venezia shop and had the opportunity to thoroughly scrutinize them when I got home from work. To my dismay, the soles were worn out, with one heel shattered and the other threatening to break off. When I noted how tight they felt, I was told that was because they hadn't been worn yet. When I asked for a refund the next day, they said accessories were non-refundable, despite never stating it before. They even accused me of wearing the shoes and returned them in a little bag, something I never did. Holding all essential documents, I will soon file a complaint with Consumer Rights.
