I Experienced Heel Pain After 5 Uses of My Under Armour Shoes and Got No Support

July 22, 2025 2:29 PM31

I purchased a pair of Under Armour shoes from the Viaport outlet store and started wearing them recently. However, I experienced severe discomfort and heel pain right from the beginning. I’ve worn the shoes only five times, and the issue persisted each time, making them unwearable.

I returned to the store to report the issue, and they accepted the shoes for inspection under complaint number 1-47463. Unfortunately, they refused to provide any support, claiming the product was "used." Later, they rejected my request for an exchange or refund, stating that “no manufacturing defect” was found.

This has been a huge disappointment, especially since I’ve barely used the shoes. I’ve always chosen Under Armour because I trusted the quality, but this experience has made me reconsider. It's frustrating that a brand I’ve consistently supported would dismiss a clear quality issue so easily.

I demand that Under Armour re-evaluate my case and offer either a replacement pair or a full refund. If this kind of customer treatment continues, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I expect better accountability from a company of this size.
