Intersport Refuses to Refund for Defective Nike Sneakers

I bought these Nike shoes and after wearing them for just one day, the sole completely split open, went to the store and returned the shoes. They said I could only exchange them, but I really wanted a refund.  Nike's customer service is a real pain,they won't give me my money back and keep pushing me to exchange the shoes for a different pair. That's not fair and it's unacceptable. they're making me spend my hard-earned cash at their shop even though I don't have faith in their stuff anymore. I gotta tell ya, this whole thing has got me feeling the otherwise what they always brag about. If you're thinking about purchasing from Nike, I just wanted to give you a heads-up that they don't always have the best track record when it comes to supporting their products or customers. It might be worth taking a second look before making a decision.
