Nissan's Disappointing Service, 2.5 Month Wait for a Simple Repair
My right side mirror got broken in a small accident. I took my car right away to the Adana Okar Bosch service to get it fixed. The mirror was fixed in 15 days, but I was told that the cover and plastic parts inside the mirror were not in stock and had to be ordered from abroad. Since I turned over my car 2.5 months ago, the parts still haven't come. This long wait is not acceptable, and I am very unhappy with Nissan's customer service. I thought a reputable company like Nissan would work much more quickly and with the customer in mind. As a loyal customer who has bought three brand-new Nissan cars in the last ten years, I am very upset about this. If I had known that Nissan didn't have a good service network, I wouldn't have bought one in the first place. I want Nissan to take action right away and solve this problem quickly.
