Nissan Micra Service Delay

I left our Nissan Micra at Avcılar Firuzköy Nissan Görkem authorized service for routine maintenance on January 30, 2024. Later, the service representative, Mr. Y****, contacted us to inform us that our car wasn't working. We insisted they fix the issue, and after a staggering 42 days, we finally got our car back. Despite reaching out to both Nissan Turkey and Nissan Japan during this period, no one addressed our problem. They didn't even provide a replacement vehicle. Upon receiving our car, they demanded ₺5000 + VAT for parts. The attitude of Mr. G****, the owner of Nissan Görkem authorized service, exacerbated our ordeal. This experience made us question Nissan's commitment to customer satisfaction. I no longer plan to choose Nissan and unfortunately, due to my experience, I'm not recommending it to others either.
