In the 11th month, I took my 2018 Nissan Qashqai to the Kayseri Inoto service center because the engine malfunction light was illuminated. All maintenance has been performed at the Kayseri Inoto service since its purchase. They replaced the oxygen sensor at a higher price than the regular service cost, with a goodwill discount applied. The engine malfunction light came back on after 7 months. When I returned it to the service center, they demanded payment for the replacement of the faulty oxygen sensor. I discovered that the previous owner had the same problem, which was resolved under warranty. As evidenced by numerous complaints on platforms such as "Sikayet Var," this problem has become chronic. Why isn't a solution available? Why are customers in such distress? Can Nissan not trust its own vehicles or parts enough to provide a warranty longer than six months? Why should I go to another authorized service center? Why should I think about purchasing an E-Power electric vehicle? If losing customers is so simple, you've already lost me!
