Received Faulty Nintendo Switch Pro Controller with Drift Issue
I ordered a Nintendo Switch accessory—Switch Pro Controller—on August 12, 2023, and it was delivered on August 14, 2023. However, it had a 'drift' issue, where the character moves on its own and the camera rotates without input. I returned it on the same day for a refund. On September 2, 2023, they sent it back repaired, but the packaging was bent, and now I’m left with a second-hand, repaired product when I paid for a brand-new one. I have never even used it, yet I am stuck with a repaired unit. I am requesting a replacement with a new controller or a full refund of my payment. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect it to be resolved properly.
