Delayed and Overpriced Repair for Nintendo Switch OLED

I submitted my Nintendo Switch OLED for button repair on December 7, 2023, but didn't receive a repair quote until December 26, 2023. Initially, I was told that the spare parts were available by the end of the first week and that I would receive the quote at the beginning of the following week. For the next two weeks, I repeatedly contacted the support center, only to be told that 'someone will get back to you within the day,' but no one ever did. As a customer, it's incredibly frustrating not to receive any updates.
In the end, I decided to repair the device myself, finding that there was no need for overseas sourcing of parts as suggested. Not only was I unable to get adequate support for the repair, but the quoted repair cost was about ten times what I managed to do it for myself, and even the market rate for this repair is about one-third of their price. I hope CD Media takes action to improve their service and communication.
