I recently purchased a pair of Nine West sneakers from FLO's online store. I usually wear size 37 shoes, so I ordered this size. When I received the product at my workplace and tried it on, I found that the shoes were too small and caused significant discomfort. They were on my feet for only two hours, during which time they caused such tightness that it was painful.
I went to the FLO store at Istanbul Başakşehir Olimpa AVM to request an exchange, but since the shoes had been worn, they were sent for inspection, and my request was denied. Similarly, my exchange request was also denied after inspection at the Başakşehir Stadium FLO store.
As a consumer, it is impossible for me to know if shoes purchased online will fit or be comfortable without trying them on. After trying the shoes, I realized they did not fit and requested an exchange. According to the law, consumers have the right to try on products purchased online and return or exchange them if they do not fit.
In this context, I request that my rightful exchange or return be processed. I urge you to resolve my issue promptly and ensure a positive outcome for my request. Otherwise, I will be compelled to pursue the necessary legal actions.
