Nike Dunk Wrong Size Sold—Store Refuses Exchange After Their Mistake
I purchased a pair of Nike Dunk sneakers from the Nike store in Vadi Istanbul just two days ago. The staff assured me that the shoes were a size 42, so I bought them without a second thought.
The next day, I wore them for the first time and immediately noticed they were too tight. When I checked the label inside, I was shocked to see they were actually a size 41—the store sold me the wrong size!
I contacted the store expecting a simple exchange, but they refused, claiming that they do not accept returns for worn items. Why should I suffer for the staff’s mistake?
Nike, I demand a resolution! Your store's error should not be my problem.
