Wear and Tear in Nike Shoes Before the Recommended 1.5 Months

I bought a pair of Nike shoes about 1.5 months ago. I was quite taken aback when I noticed that, in such a brief span of time, the shoes displayed signs of wear and tear as if they had been in use for several years. Not only that, but they have also stretched out and become larger on my feet. When a company as prominent as Nike manufactures shoes of this caliber, it raises doubts about the reliability of other shoe brands. Is it typical for shoes to deteriorate and tear within just 1.5 months?
