My Nike Shoes Tore After 15 Days and the Factory Rejected My Return Request

I bought a pair of shoes from the Nike Cepa store on June 5, and just 15 days later, after wearing them only four times, they tore at the ankle. I couldn’t believe it! I immediately contacted the company and sent the shoes back for inspection, but to my surprise, they rejected my claim. How can a shoe tear in just 15 days? The ankle part is ripped as if it were filed down. Even the sales representatives and managers in the store agreed with me and found the issue valid, so I’m baffled as to why the factory didn’t accept it. This is extremely disappointing and makes me question the quality of Nike products. It’s frustrating to be let down by a brand I trusted.
