I bought a pair of shoes from the Nike Cepa store on June 5, and just 15 days later, after wearing them only four times, they tore at the ankle. I couldn’t believe it! The ankle part is ripped as if it were filed down. Even the sales representatives and managers in the store agreed with me and found the issue valid, so I’m baffled as to why the factory didn’t accept it.
