About 1-2 years ago, I purchased a pair of Nike Air shoes and hadn’t used them until recently. However, once I started wearing them, the plastic parts near the laces began breaking apart with no external factors involved.
I was shocked to see such poor quality from a brand like Nike. If even Nike products fail like this, it’s hard to trust other brands. The shoes are now practically useless, despite being barely worn.
I expected much better durability and quality from a reputable brand. I urge Nike to address this issue and provide a replacement or a solution for the defective product. Such experiences tarnish trust in the brand.
