Nike's Reluctance to Address Premature Wear Issues



I'm expressing my dissatisfaction with the Nike sneakers I bought from Intersport. After only 8-9 months of use, the front part began to display signs of wear and tear. I returned the items to Intersport in hopes of getting an exchange or refund before the warranty expired. However, even after two inspections, they continued to blame the user for the issue. In just 11 months, I've hardly used them more than 20 times, and I've come across others who are dealing with similar problems. Is Intersport capable of rising to the occasion?
