Nike Refuses to Exchange My Shoes Despite Visible Wear After One Month


I purchased a pair of shoes from the Nike store on July 9, 2024, and to my surprise, after only a month of use, I observed considerable wear on the area above the laces. I was surprised by this, considering I have bought multiple Nike products in the past without encountering any quality problems. When I returned the shoes to the store for an exchange, the staff informed me that they had successfully resolved similar complaints with exchanges in the past, so I anticipated a similar resolution. Unfortunately, my request for an exchange was rejected, and I received my worn shoes back without any solution provided. This experience has really disappointed me, as I anticipated greater understanding and support from a brand I have relied on for years.
