Nike Rejected My Claim After Tech Fleece Lost Its Color
The Nike Tech Fleece product I purchased from a Nike store lost its color and turned reddish after just one month of use. I sent it in for inspection, but the result came back as rejected. This happened after only two washes, and Nike refused to take responsibility for the defective product. People spend a significant amount of money expecting quality, but this item turned out to be worse than something you'd buy from a street vendor. A store employee even admitted that this issue is common with this series and that they regularly receive complaints about it. Despite this, my claim was denied. I will never buy from Nike again and will take this matter to every relevant authority.
Progress
I bought a Nike tech zip-up sweatshirt from the Cepa Nike store. In just 1-2 months, it faded and discolored, turning into something like products bought from street vendors. Even though it was washed only twice, the color faded. We sent it for inspection and it was rejected. Is this the quality we get for the money we pay? Nike, stand behind your product. People aren’t picking up this low-quality, simple product off the street for this price.
