I Face Color Fading on My Nike Tech Despite Light Use and Proper Care

On May 4, I purchased the Nike Tech apparel from the Samsun Piazza Nike store for ₺5500. I’ve worn it only a few times, and despite extremely light use and careful handling, the product has already started to show visible color fading — especially in areas prone to sweat, like under the arms and back.

Even store employees noticed the issue immediately when I brought it in, with one of them outright asking, “Did the color really fade already?” That says a lot. The product was sent in for the first inspection, and I was told the issue was due to user error, which is absolutely not true. I’ve used it properly and followed all care instructions.

It’s now in for a second inspection, but the fact that this even happened so quickly is deeply disappointing — especially for a premium-priced product from a brand like Nike. I trusted the brand for quality and durability, and I feel let down.

I expect Nike to stand behind its product and offer a proper resolution — whether a replacement or full refund. This is clearly not a result of misuse, and ignoring this issue only damages customer trust. Please resolve this fairly and urgently.
