I Face Color Fading on My Nike Shorts After Light Use and Proper Washing

I purchased a pair of Nike shorts from Barçın Spor, expecting long-term quality from a globally trusted brand. For the past two months, I’ve worn them only once a week and washed them on a short 30°C cycle, exactly as recommended for delicate apparel.

Despite this careful use and proper washing routine, the color has visibly faded, leaving the shorts looking worn and aged in an unreasonably short period. I’ve owned many Nike products before and never experienced this level of fading — especially not this quickly.

I contacted the store with my receipt and product details, hoping for a reasonable resolution, but my request was denied without a satisfying explanation. This is incredibly disappointing and not what I expect from a brand that promotes durability and performance.

I am requesting a full product exchange for what is clearly a defective or substandard item. Nike should stand behind the quality of its products, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and fairly.
