I Experienced Repeated Sole Damage with Nike Football Cleats and Got No Refund

On December 22, 2025, I purchased a pair of Nike football cleats for my son from the Ankara Cepa Nike store, paying ₺1,000. Shockingly, after just the fourth wear, one of the studs on the left shoe broke off. What’s even more frustrating is that we had previously bought the same model and experienced the exact same issue—again with the left cleat. This clearly points to a manufacturing defect, not a one-off problem. We’ve also heard similar complaints from my son's teammates who wear the same model.

I reported the issue to the store and sent the shoes for inspection. Unfortunately, my request for a refund was denied without a proper explanation. I am extremely disappointed. I had to stretch my budget to purchase these cleats in the first place, and I just finished paying them off—only to now be forced to buy a new pair.
