Nike Shoes I Bought for My Child Deformed in 10 Days and Customer Service Failed
On October 13, 2024, I purchased two pairs of the same model Nike shoes for my child from the House Of SuperStep online store. One of them, the white pair, became severely deformed within just a few days. I sent the white pair for inspection 10 days later. Meanwhile, my child happily uses the black pair, which shows no signs of wear or deformation. Unfortunately, I couldn’t explain this situation to the customer service representative, E*** P***, who severely tested my patience instead. The product was in our possession for only 10 days and was used no more than 10 times. They are still "examining" the product, and their response to my complaint is ridiculous. The technical reason, expertise, or judgment that led them to reject this as a defect remains unclear. Since it’s assumed there’s no manufacturing or material issue, I would first like to gift the product to the person who examined it, and then to the owners of the company for their children to wear.
