Nike Refused to Replace the Faulty Shoes
In the past six months, I’ve had issues with two Nike shoes purchased from different stores. The Air section of a five-month-old pair burst and came apart at the seams, while the Velcro on a two-month-old pair I bought for my child completely stopped functioning. I sent both pairs in for inspection, but my claims were rejected, citing user error. On the other hand, a friend of mine had a shoe replaced one-to-one by another well-known global brand without even needing an inspection. Fine, I won’t be purchasing anything from your brand again, but I want it to be known that I will pursue my rights to the fullest extent.
