Nike Air Force Shoes Split After 5 Months, Denied Warranty Claim
I bought a pair of Nike Air Force shoes for ₺4,800, and after only 5 months, the back part has started to split. I take good care of my shoes, so there’s no reason this damage should have occurred. However, Nike denied my warranty claim, saying it was due to "user error," which is completely unfair. How can a supposedly "guaranteed" product fall apart this quickly? I’m incredibly frustrated and plan to file complaints everywhere until this is resolved. Nike needs to take responsibility for their defective products and either replace my shoes or provide a refund. This level of quality and service is unacceptable for such an expensive purchase.
