During the 2024 winter production, many products were purchased from Nike from the Ankara Ankamall, but one product turned out to be defective. I took it to the store, but they refused to accept it even though I had never used it. I noticed the issue before wearing it and found a sewing error, yet the product was still not accepted. Despite explaining the situation, the store staff showed no willingness to assist or offer a solution. It is a high-value wholesale product, and I do not find this treatment in line with the brand or Consumer Rights. The product was not received, and as someone who is very careful, I will not use this brand again. I want a refund or an exchange.
