My Nike Air Jordan Gave Me a Skin Allergy After 2 Uses and I Can’t Get a Refund

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Jordan sneakers from the Nike outlet in Ankara Nata Vega on April 23, 2023. I was really excited at first, but that excitement quickly turned into regret. After wearing them just twice, I developed a noticeable skin allergy on my foot—something that has never happened to me with any other shoes before.
I tried to return the shoes, but Nike refused, saying they couldn’t accept a worn product. So now I’m stuck with a pair of expensive shoes I can’t wear without breaking out in a rash. This isn’t just about comfort—it’s about health. I didn’t expect to have a reaction like this, especially from a brand like Nike.
I’m extremely disappointed. I didn’t mishandle the shoes; I simply wore them as intended, and they caused a physical issue. I sincerely hope Nike reconsiders its return policy in cases like this. I would appreciate it if my money could be refunded. I’m not trying to abuse the system—I just want fairness and safety as a paying customer. Nike, please step up and make this right.

I took the product to the store where I bought it and received a refund. Thank you.
