Nike Does Not Exchange For Faulty Product

I bought a pair of shoes from Nike.com, and after wearing them just a few times, they started to rip at the edges. I reached out to customer service, and they let me know that they can only provide a refund. They asked me to fill out a form and send them some photos. I purchased the shoes for approximately ₺1,600, but they are currently being sold for over ₺4,000. Even if they give me a refund, I still won't be able to afford to buy the same product at its current price. When I brought up this issue, they just said that I had agreed to these terms when I bought it, and now there's nothing they can do about it.
