Nike Air Max 270 Shoes Wore Out in 6 Months – Warranty Claim Rejected Unfairly

About 10 months ago, I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 270 sneakers for both my son and myself. Shockingly, within less than 6 months, both pairs started splitting open at the front and sides. I submitted a warranty claim twice, yet Nike’s customer service dismissed the issue, claiming it was due to 'user error.' This response feels entirely unfair as the shoes were used normally and should have lasted much longer. I expect higher quality from Nike and request that they reconsider my claim and take responsibility for the poor durability of these shoes. Please provide a fair resolution for this disappointing experience.
