Nike Air Force Stitching Came Apart, Claim Denied by Customer Service

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force shoes in June, and within a few months, the stitching on the front of the right shoe came apart from the leather. I only wear the shoes 2-3 times a week, and I believe this is clearly a manufacturing defect. I returned the shoes to the store for inspection, and they were sent to Nike for evaluation. However, Nike refused to accept responsibility, claiming it was user damage. As a woman, I cannot imagine what I could have done to cause the stitching to separate like this. It’s deeply unfair and has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. I expect Nike to reconsider and offer a proper resolution immediately.
