Unable to recover my old NGL account on Android

I have been using the “NGL: anonymous q&a” application, which I downloaded from Google Play, on my Android Samsung phone. My NGL account, which is linked to the username “Sammi.0705327239”, has been lost and I have not been able to access it since last year. When I try to log in, I cannot reach my old account in any way. I tried the “Forgot password” option, but this did not help me recover or access my account, and I was not given any clear guidance to solve the problem. I kindly request that my old NGL account linked to “Sammi.0705327239” be recovered and that I be given access to it again, or alternatively, that I be provided with clear information on why I cannot access it and what can be done to restore it.
